All returns must be received within 14 days of the date you order shipped from us. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must still be attached. Refunds are only issued in the form of a credit for future purchase either online or at the boutique. An online code will be emailed to the email provided on the return form. If your order is past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be shipped back to you and a standard shipping charge will apply.
We ship most orders within 5-7 business days. Pre-Orders may take longer and usually ship with 2 weeks.
How do I return an item?
You are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable
Complete the return form and include it in the box with the items you are returning.
Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your return once we receive it.
Due to limited quantities per style, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange.
Having trouble with your order?
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
